CLASS DESCRIPTION:

COREVOLUTION Food Program: Food guide, Shopping lists, online forum for accountability, recipes and one-on-one guidance (+online/at-home workout with corresponding nutrition and lifestyle components)

Butts and Guts: It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.  All targeting the two arch nemeses: the GUT and BUTT!

TRX and Resistance: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Pilates: Mat class for the masses! This Pilates Mat class will tone, shape, lengthen and strengthen your entire body.  Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced students all welcome. This class will incorporate both beginning level modifications and advanced variations to ensure all participants get the best workout possible.

Barefoot Bootcamp & Booty Barre: This Muscle Burning Class will have you feel muscles you didn’t even know existed.  Using classic cardio step movements with light hand-held weights, resistance bands, ballet barres and your own pulsing isolations, we will make your muscles work and stretch you out to make them Long and Lean.

Strength & Cardio: HIIT to exhaust and obliterate calories and muffin tops.  A full body burn that targets all your major muscle groups and ignites your fat burning engines using your body and hand held equipment of various sorts

FitBar: Cardio and strength sections intermix with weighted bars (5# to 25#) to create a fast-paced and efficient 45 min session. The athletic aerobic segments challenge agility, coordination, balance, and strength!

Cardio Dance: Cardio Dance workout.  Torch Calories! Burn Fat! Have a Blast!!

Kettle Bells/Battle Ropes: Interval style workout designed for intense cardio and strength training.

PiYo: a sneak attack on the stabilizer muscles with a focus on flexibility.  Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

FREE Childcare/BORN to MOVE: *Children may accompany parents for any weekday 9:30a fitness class and attend “Born to Move” in adjoining classroom with Miss Dawn!  No additional fee for children’s attendance

Agreement of terms:
Upon participation in any adult related classes at CORE, you will provide contact info and signature verifying that you are physically capable of physical activity and release CORE Academy, it’s trainers and affiliates from liability.  Your drop in rate is payable at time of service by cash, check, VISA or Mastercard.  Unlimited Memberships require a credit card to be stored electronically for auto-withdrawal on the 1st of each month.  A 3 month minimum commitment is required for all unlimited members.  Cancellation of membership must occur VIA EMAIL by the 20th of the month.  You may cancel your next 3 month commitment ONLY IF you provide cancellation by the 20th of the month.  CORE does not refund fees due to client’s failure to cancel membership before new billing cycle begins.  Schedules appear online and are subject to cancellation due to poor attendance or other.  CORE reserves the right to change trainers.  “No-Shows” result in $20 penalty- all reservations must be cancelled atleast 1 hour before class. CORE will post weather related cancellations on our main website, www.coremovement.com as well as all social media sites.  Details and info are readily available on our websites, or calling our main office 856-778-5955.  CORE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings both inside and outside our facility.
*NO CHILDREN MAY ACCOMPANY PARENTS TO EVENING CLASSES- SPACE IS LIMITED.  Children are only able to accompany parents to Born to Move.
Born to Move (free childcare program available during Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri 9:30a) agreement of terms:
Upon participation in any adult related classes at CORE that offer childcare, you will provide contact info and signature verifying that you give permission for your child, who is walking, to be left with our responsible adult caregivers.  No food, drink or valuables may be left with your children.  We use the “common sense” rule: if your child is ill, grumpy or otherwise unfit for class, kindly use your judgment.  Children in strollers or infant carriers are welcome to attend alongside parent, but parent assumes all risk and agrees to contain child for safety and courtesy of fellow class members.
